Day 3 - Skagen, Denmark

The red and yellow clapboard houses of Skagen occupy a substantial spit of sand at Denmark’s most northerly reaches. Many people visit Grenen, the scenic end point of the dunes where two beaches meet. The light in the area has attracted and inspired many artists and craftsmen, and you can see the results in the Skagen Museum, and in the local shops filled with pottery and glassware.

Day 4 - Copenhagen, Denmark

Wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen was the adopted home of Hans Christian Andersen - commemorated in the waterfront sculpture of his Little Mermaid. And, true to the spirit of its most famous resident, Copenhagen has a fairytale magic all of its own. Discover the beauty of the Copenhagen cruises while visiting the delightful Tivoli Gardens, where you can soar above the city in a hot air balloon suspended from a Ferris Wheel. Day 7-8 - St Petersburg, Russia
